Principal of the Firm

Peter Medoit

Peter Medoit serves as President and CEO of Medoit Group LLC, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he is entrusted with the overall operational strategy, long-term vision, and direction of the firm. As the second-generation professional in his family to be deeply rooted in the design and construction industry, Peter founded Medoit Group in the early 2000s. Since its inception, he has directed the company's primary focus towards Multifamily, Light Commercial, and Residential Construction. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully delivered a multitude of projects within these sectors.

Peter's journey in the architecture and construction industry commenced after studying Architecture at Roger Williams University, where he honed his skills while working at prestigious Fairfield County and NYC architecture firms. Simultaneously, he was engaged in managing and operating his father's construction business, P&L Builders. Over the span of a decade, Peter seamlessly navigated through increasingly challenging roles, developing a comprehensive understanding of the field.

As a demonstrated leader, Peter remains at the forefront of industry developments while forging enduring relationships that extend beyond day-to-day projects. His unwavering passion lies in uncovering the genuine needs of each client and collaborating with project stakeholders to devise and execute strategies that precisely meet those needs. Faith-Based Design: Connecting Mind, Body, and Soul

At Medoit Group LLC, we embarked on a remarkable journey in our faith-based design project, with the core objective of harmonizing the trilogy of the mind, body, and soul. Our creative vision resulted in the development of a vibrant and integrated campus, weaving together diverse elements to create a holistic environment.

Church: A Spiritual Haven

In our faith-based endeavor, we designed a multi-level church facility that stands as a beacon of spirituality within the urban community. This iconic structure, crafted from a fusion of limestone and glass, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The church boasts a two-story chapel, versatile activity rooms, multiple lounges, a food pantry, counseling center, rehearsal spaces, and classrooms tailored for both adults and children. The facility also encompasses music studios, gift shops, and administrative offices, ensuring it serves as a hub for spiritual growth and community engagement.

Health & Fitness Center: Wellness Oasis

For the health and fitness component of our project, we developed a multi-level recreation center that promotes holistic well-being. This dynamic facility encompasses indoor pools, well-equipped weight rooms, a basketball court, dance and art studios, game rooms, and versatile multi-purpose spaces. It is designed to cater to the physical and mental well-being of the community, fostering an environment where residents can nourish both body and spirit.

Mixed-Use Residential Building: A Community Hub

Incorporating a multi-level mixed-use and residential building, we aimed to enrich the pedestrian-friendly streetscapes and promote sustainable urban living. The lower levels of the building house retail shops, inviting cafes, and diverse restaurants, providing a vibrant community atmosphere. Additionally, this space offers thoughtfully designed senior housing, enhancing accessibility for older members of the community. The upper levels of the building feature 2 and 3-bedroom residential units, offering contemporary living spaces that complement the dynamic nature of the development.

Our faith-based design project serves as a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that not only meet physical needs but also nurture the spiritual and communal well-being of individuals.
